摘要: We describe a 15-month-old girl with Michelin tyre syndrome. She had hirsuties and marked skin folds. Histological examination showed fragmented elastic fibres in addition to smooth muscle hamartoma. On electron microscopy, decreased deposition of elastin was observed. speculate that fibre abnormalities may account for the characteristic changes
