摘要: As is known for other aphids, the symbiont cytoplasm in Rhopalosiphum padi differentiated into a central eccentric and cortical region which contains electron-lucent nucleoplasm DNA fibrils. The surrounded by plasma membrane, cell wall perisymbiotic membrane are separated periplasmic spaces. space between small vesicles. symbionts packed mycetocyte cells contain large nucleus all normal organelles. For first time, however microtubules microfilaments have been identified, but only at high magnification evidence has found makes it possible to propose mechanism of vesicular transport.
