摘要: The process of annual age-grouping, applied most commonly in school and sport, has been shown to produce a developmental climate that provides advantages some while disadvantaging others. This inequality number important short- long-term consequences known as relative age effects (RAEs). review summarizes current knowledge regarding the origins RAEs, their on skill acquisition athlete development well possible solutions this problem. work done date reinforces conclusion RAEs are remarkably complex underpinned by social procedural factors make resolution difficult.
