摘要: The temperature dependences of the linewidths and frequencies 340-, 440-, 500-cm -1 Raman-active phonons have been measured in lightly twinned single crystals YBa 2 Cu 3 O y with different oxygen concentrations y. observed superconductivity-induced changes that occur for temperatures below critical found to depend on concentration within range 6.7≤y≤7.0, most sensitive dependence occurring 340-cm phonon-linewidth variations near y≃7.0
