摘要: Two aspects of studies on secondary metabolite produced in vitro by Chalara fraxinea, a causal agent ash dieback, are presented. The first aspect concerned identification the compound, second one – assessment compounds’ phytotoxicity relation to host plant. toxic impact was determined basis necrosis appearance treated shoots and leaves two-year-old seedlings Fraxinus excelsior, comparison with condition plants used as control. In reference received results new pathogenesis disease known dieback were discussed.
