摘要: A bicistronic DNA vaccine against rabies and parvovirus infection of dogs was developed by subcloning glycoprotein canine (CPV) VP2 genes into a vector. After characterizing the expression both proteins in vitro, injected mice induced immune response compared with monocistronic vaccines.
