摘要: Kinetics of antibody responses and protection against rabies were investigated after injection a single dose DNA vaccine compared to those induced by one or two injections cell culture-derived in dogs issued from the common local breed reared experimental conditions. Rabies administered intradermally jet injector inner face ear was far more efficient inducing long lasting high titers virus neutralizing antibodies culture Rabisin® either subcutaneously intramuscularly. Four years administration vaccines, full peripheral challenge achieved. Vaccine trials targeting living field conditions Tunisia further established that DNA-based vaccination stronger induction Rabisin®. This report shows for first time could be under large size mammals than best commercially available vaccine. improvement will hopefully allow better control developing countries using with fewer doses all categories dogs.
