摘要: Abstract Continental freshwater, irrespective of its origin, natural or artificial, may contribute significantly to biodiversity conservation. Because the decline aquatic habitats, an increasing concern exists about role water ponds as spots biological richness. Amphibians are strongly at risk since loss among other factors, causes isolation their populations. The implementation livestock artificial wetlands be effective measure for enhancing amphibian decaying communities. This policy assumes that managing wildlife conservation purposes joins welfare requirements, but this hypothesis has not been specifically studied. purpose research is evaluate premise in Urbasa-Andia Natural Park, a high-valuable environmental area holds relevant community and extended grazing history. We analyse relationship between assemblages present design attributes variety drinking points previously chosen by embodying high heterogeneity resources. results study indicate quality stored varies largely along season, degrading severely summer because wading animals (in unfenced ponds) low recharge. contamination, caused increased enteric microorganisms dissolved N, likely affect more than populations, sensitive breeding stage many amphibians occurs before quality. Although essential, mammals (wild domestic) have influence on it, factors less considered managers emerge main drivers assemblages, such hydroperiod, predator occurrence surrounding habitat.
