摘要: Abstract The microstructure and mechanical properties of roll bonded annealed SUS304/Q235 multilayer steels were investigated by using optical microscope (OM), scanning electron (SEM), probe microanalysis (EPMA), backscattered diffraction (EBSD), Transmission (TEM) universal testing in detail. Hot rolling with high reduction ratio could strengthen the clad interface due to oxides rupture, increased residual compression stress sufficient alloy element diffusion. hardness tensile strength are increased, while fracture elongation is decreased sharply increasing cold ratio. hardened SUS304 layers easy strain softening, leading localized necking, wave-like nonuniform layer thickness during process. grain orientations separated also reveal that overall boundaries across Q235 layer, which attributed coarsening annealing At austenite-to-ferrite transition reveals serious boundary diffusion behavior. Moreover, characteristics delamination cracks inhibited treatment, may be at interface.
