摘要: In a study of the surface reactivity tungsten carbide powders, role carbon and oxygen has been pointed out. The presence graphitic on as revealed by Auger electron spectroscopy spin resonance, suppresses hydrogen chemisorption. By contrast, latter can be enhanced spillover occurring to oxide region from carbide. To avoid free contamination, molybdenum oxycarbide samples, with deficiency in content compared theoretical value for MoOC or Mo 2 C, have synthesized hexacarbonyl Mo(CO) 6 , condensation vapors low pressure gas. resulting high specific area powders exhibit higher activity synthesis hydrocarbons CO-H mixtures than metal. Moreover further carburization initial powder increases its catalytic which becomes closely comparable that reported different authors ruthenium catalysts.
