摘要: The general organization of the human cytomegalovirus DNA is characterized by: presence terminal and internal inverted repeats, reiterated sequences, nicks gaps. exists in four isomeric forms which are present equimolar amounts. Strain variation was analysed by cross blot hybridization restriction endonuclease cleaved DNA. submolarfragments three areas long unique sequence were identified as regions high variability. submolar fragments one variable genome transcribed immediate early post infection.
