Microstructure and Dielectric Properties of Yttrium-Doped BaSn0.05Ti0.95O3 Ceramics

摘要: The microstructure and dielectric properties of Y3+-doped BaSn0.05Ti0.95O3 (BTS5) ceramics were investigated. All BTS5 possess a single phase with perovskite structure, the Rietveld analysis further shows that material exhibits tetragonal structure space group P4mm. amount Y2O3 can greatly affect BTS5. Curie peak blank sample is highest, samples obviously suppressed after doping Y3+, maximum decreased up to 0.05 mol.% Y3+ then increased beyond Y2O3. Due ions, lattice distortion increase concentration, which decreases short-range harmonic restoring force, so Tc shifts higher temperature in doped BTS ceramics. In addition, losses 0.05–0.6 are very stable increasing environmental temperature, making them superior candidates for applications.
