摘要: Neutrophils stimulated with fMetLeuPhe show a loss of phosphatidylinositol (PI) and gain in phosphatidate (PA). In cells prelabeled 32Pi, it would be expected that the newly synthesized PA have same specific radioactivity as cellular ATP provided PI is catalyzed by phospholipase C resultant diacylglycerol phosphorylated ATP. Instead, newly-formed was found to less than tenth The source formed most likely because: (1) Increase mass accompanied an equivalent decrease PI. (2) pulse-labeled [3H]glycerol, label lost from recovered PA. (3) Specific new [32P]PA similar [32P]PI. plausible explanation for these results directly converted D action. This conclusion supported observations neither inositol phosphates nor increase at expense or polyphosphoinositides fMetLeuPhestimulated cells.
