摘要: A cDNA clone for a thiol endoproteinase has been isolated from bovine heart library by using mixture of 32 synthetic oligonucleotides as hybridization probe. The inserted region is 672 base pairs in length. It contains sequence encoding the C-terminal protein that homologous to rat liver cathepsins B and H plant proteinases. In addition, it 442 bases corresponding 3' untranslated mRNA. was used specific probe RNA transfer analysis; size mRNA estimated be approx. 1.7 kilobases. Thus, maximum encoded about 350-400 amino acids.
