摘要: Abstract Although China's food industry is not energy-intensive, its rapid development has brought enormous challenges to the realization of energy-saving goal due huge scale. So must reduce energy intensity as much possible. This paper uses a comprehensive decomposition analysis study changes in between 2000 and 2013, draws following conclusions: (1) technological progress have most significant impact on reducing intensity, it by 70.2%; (2) technical efficiency change hinders decline, which turn increases 18.4%; (3) substitution capital for conducive decline intensity; (4) government's industrial policy played role conservation, but there room improvement. Therefore, this suggests that: Firstly, R&D investment production management technology should continue increase, more importance be attached diffusion transfer regions.
