摘要: Abstract Although China's food industry is not energy-intensive, its rapid development has brought enormous challenges to the realization of energy-saving goal due huge scale. So must reduce energy intensity as much possible. This paper uses a comprehensive decomposition analysis study changes in between 2000 and 2013, draws following conclusions: (1) technological progress have most significant impact on reducing intensity, it by 70.2%; (2) technical efficiency change hinders decline, which turn increases 18.4%; (3) substitution capital for conducive decline intensity; (4) government's industrial policy played role conservation, but there room improvement. Therefore, this suggests that: Firstly, R&D investment production management technology should continue increase, more importance be attached diffusion transfer regions. Secondly, effective incentives stricter constraints implemented industry. Thirdly, planning layout adapted regional advantages, targeted policies carried out different
