摘要: The polycrystalline compound Zn0.5Mn0.5Te has been synthesized via the melt oscillation method. vertical Bridgman method was used to grow single crystals. crystalline phase confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction pattern analysis. Electron spin resonance (ESR) measured 110–300 K magnetic field 0 10 kG 9.38 GHz.
