摘要: The use of probiotics in sows during pregnancy and lactation their impact on the quality colostrum milk, as well health conditions offspring rearing period, are currently gaining attention researchers. aim study was to determine effect Bokashi formulation concentrations pro- anti-inflammatory cytokines serum pregnancy, a culture Con-A-stimulated polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs) isolated from colostrum. conducted 60 aged 2–4 years. EM were added sows’ feed. material for consisted peripheral blood, colostrum, milk. Blood samples collected days 114 gestation. Colostrum milk all at 0, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, 168 h after parturition. results indicate that feed additives resulted increased pro-inflammatory TNF-α IL-6, which increase protective capacity by stimulating cellular immune mechanisms protecting sow neonates against infection. At same time, IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β, immunoglobulins experimental group demonstrate immunoregulatory Th2 may lead expression regulatory T polarization response Th1 Th2.
