摘要: Abstract Following paracetamol overdosage, haemodialysis removes the drug at a clearance-rate similar to that of creatinine. The plasma half-life is considerably reduced by haemodialysis, especially in patients with high initial concentrations and hepatic damage. It not known whether quicker removal improves prognosis, but survival one patient very concentration hopeful pointer.
