Global Environmental Problems and International Environmental Agreements

摘要: The ozone layer is threatened by chemical emissions, the climate endangered from fossil fuels and deforestation, global biodiversity being lost reason of thousands years habitat conversions. Global environmental problems arise out accumulated impacts many years’and countries’ economic development. In order to address these states world must cooperate manage their development processes together – this what international agreements are designed do. But can world’s countries successfully development? How should they it? Who pay for process, as well underlying problems?
