摘要: The importance of optical emissions is described in the context magnetosphere-ionosphere-neutral atmosphere interactions. Excitation processes some important F-region polar regions are reviewed. for determination quantum yields and quenching coefficients illustrated 0+(2P), 0+(2D), N(2D), n(2P) 0(1D) states a set values deduced from recent experiments such as Atmosphere Explorer satellites given. effects transport by neutral winds electromagnetic drifts on morphology also discussed model calculations n(2d) horizontal transport.
