摘要: An analysis is presented of photometric measurements the NI (λ = 520nm),OI(λ 630nm)and other emissions made at Nord, where invariant latitude Λ 80°4. The time variations intensities are interpreted in following way by comparison with simultaneous ground based or satellite measurements. The N(2D) atoms formed dayside cleft carried neutral wind a plume across polar cap, so that ratio λ(630 nm) to λ(520 decreases along increasing distance from source region. In but outside region, 630 nm emission produced electron impact rain and substorms reach high latitudes. Ionization same time, especially substorms, will produce further through dissociative recombination. In any case, region may be regarded as value I(630)I(520). This explains part diurnal variations, since this depressed Nord crosses plume. The energy oval increases progressively nightside. intensity because quenched more rapidly than O(1D). Thus rises noon midnight. An effect interplanetary magnetic field superimposed on pattern : its North-South component Bz increases, contracts becomes nearer dayside. inverse also observed.
