摘要: Research on the impact of public health laws can yield powerful insights into how effective policymakers’ efforts translate actual improved outcomes. Such research also illuminate unintended consequences these policy efforts. Despite this potential, challenges inherent in interdisciplinary result considerable methodological which lead to erroneous or misleading results. This monograph addresses by offering technical guidance empirically measure law, i.e., determining relevant dimensions components an area categorizing legal elements a policy, and using resultant categorization schema produce accurate indicators law.
