摘要: Abstract 1. Daunomycin is a new antibiotic with cytotoxic and antimitotic activity. 2. When cells are incubated in the presence of daunomycin appears to be bound deoxynucleoproteins, or more precisely, deoxyribonucleic acid. 3. If native heat denatured acid from various sources added solution daunomycin, shows some physico-chemical changes, such as: (a) changes visible absorption spectrum, (b) ultraviolet (c) fluorescent emission, (d) polarographic behaviour. 4. digested by deoxyribonuclease, apurinic acid, pyrimidine derivatives, (nucleotides, nucleosides free bases) solution, no take place; on contrary spectrum caused purine derivatives only at very high doses.
