摘要: A simple and accurate liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of six constituents in fruit Acanthopanax sessiliflorus. The conditions sample extraction were optimised by using orthogonal design. provided good accuracy with recoveries range 95.6–101.6% precision RSD values less than 3.0%, which has been successfully applied to quantitative compounds A. sessiliflorus from two maturation periods.
