摘要: Ionospheric and plasmaspheric phenomena as the mid-latitude ionospheric trough cusp highly disturb radio-communication conditions, particularly during increased space weather activity level. Some widely available present programs for prediction assessments do not consider these at all or in a manner that is far from satisfactory. The forecast algorithms however produce quite good results, their availability purposes still satisfied. This paper shows one of possible solutions when updating, by means additional screen points long-term prediction, instantaneous maps characteristics total electron content used. are constructed observations models.
