摘要: Objectives This study aimed to determine whether or not a urodynamic (UDS) is beneficial for management of pediatric nocturnal enuresis (NE), especially in pharmacoresistant monosymptomatic (PRMNE) severe non-monosymptomatic (NMNE) patients. Methods Children with PRMNE NMNE who underwent UDS the process NE treatment were retrospectively reviewed. The findings patients and outcomes subsequent tailored therapies according analyzed. Results A total 80 children (50 boys 30 girls, mean age 8.4 ± 2.2 years), 19 which diagnosed 61 NMNE, included final analysis. Of children, 12 (63.2%) demonstrated abnormal findings. Ten detrusor overactivity (DO) without decreased cystometric bladder capacity (CBC); markedly improved all after anticholinergics added initial desmopressin therapy. Biofeedback was found be helpful two detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia. All DO CBC, 42 (68.9%) achieved more than partial response (> 50% decrease number wet nights) when given combination therapy desmopressin. Conclusions The guiding proper choice further strategies. A routine should recommended prior first-line NMNE.
