摘要: Purpose: Results from our previous study demonstrated a high predictive value using ultrasound bladder measurements to identify abnormal function in children with enuresis or urinary tract infection. We prospectively evaluated the role of measured parameters for assessment dysfunction and posttreatment functional changes (if any), their correlation treatment outcome primary nocturnal enuresis.Materials Methods: Patients presenting severe (more than 3 wet nights weekly) were recruited. At entry each patient underwent ultrasound, natural conventional filling cystometric studies. Bladder volume wall thickness index was calculated based on studies classified as thick (less 70), normal (70 130) thin 130).
