摘要: This chapter starts with a thorough introduction to gambling addiction according the current state of research. It explains nature and mechanisms this mental disorder. These findings lay ground analyse proportionality review: judicial views are contrasted empirical findings. is shown that Court Justice's – legally relevant(!) assumptions on (only) partly supported by evidence.
