摘要: This research reports on the colour evolution of six rose wines during sixteen months storage in bottle. Colour changes were determined terms CIELAB parameters and common categories used visual assessment. The measurement method reproduces assessment conditions wine tasting with respect to sampler, illuminating source, observing background sample-observer geometry.
