摘要: This paper presents the design of a control process that intelligently manages and unifies reconfigured operations individual manufacturing physical systems like robotic CNC systems. The goal is to develop Unified, Reconfigurable Open Control Architecture (UROCA) system represents level higher than open architecture controllers but utilizes their powerful features. unifying UROCA designed based on new controller approach inspired by concept human’s left/right brain whole intelligence, which assures traceability between requirements capabilities high degree operational flexibility. follows guidelines methodology called Design Approach for Real-Time Systems (DARTS). DARTS method proceeds from builds application results specification Structured Analysis (RTSA). outcome this three-layer (bidirectional) hierarchical having deliberative left normal reactive right contingent or navigation control. A third hybrid mode also enabled.
