Distal patellar pole fractures: A proposed common mechanism of injury

摘要: A variety of names has been given to disorders the inferior pole patella occurring in young athletic individuals and several different causes have proposed for these disorders. Occasionally a direct blow will cause fracture patella, but only other mechanism which seems be responsible is subluxation or dislocation. Ten cases distal patellar secondary dislocation are reported. From an extensive review literature it concluded that usual common fractures young, active adequate treatment this problem must address instability as well fracture.
