摘要: Purpose Cisplatin during hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) has not previously been measured with a selective technique. The primary aims were to examine the pharmacokinetics of active cisplatin and its monohydrated complex (MHC) HIPEC using specific measuring technique, compare cisplatin’s systemic absorption oxaliplatin, levels that total platinum. Methods Ten patients treated cytoreductive surgery (cisplatin 50 mg/m 2 ,doxorubicin 15 ) recruited. Blood perfusate samples drawn after HIPEC. analysis was conducted liquid chromatography (LC) post-column derivatization diethyldithiocarbamate compared inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results mean half-life (t1/2) 18.4 min, area under time-concentration curve (AUC) 0–90 min 2.87 mM·min estimated 0–60 2.45 mM·min. t1/2 9.0 for 18.2 oxaliplatin. ratio platinum increased in linear manner by time perfusion. Conclusions is absorbed quicker than Lowering perfusion 60 does significantly change cisplatin, therefore be considered. As progresses, ICP-MS technique adequately reflect perfusate.
