摘要: Laccases (Benzenediol: oxygen oxidoreductase, E.C. 1.10.3.2) are enzymes belonging to the group of polyphenol oxidases which monomeric, dimeric or tetrameric glycoproteins with copper atoms per monomer located at catalytic site. It is widely distributed in wood rotting fungi and also found a variety molds, insects as well some plants bacteria. have received much attention from researchers last decades due their ability oxidize both phenolic non lignin related compounds highly recalcitrant environmental pollutants, makes them very useful for application several biotechnological processes. As on oxidase, laccase used many agricultural, industrial medicinal applications. Thus, laccases increasingly finding applications biotechnology fields environment-friendly synthesis fine chemicals gentle derviatization biologically active e.g. antibiotics, amino acids, antioxidants cytostatics. Oligomerization polymerization reactions can lead new homo- heteropolymers biomaterials. These may be wide range including production polymers antioxidative properties, co-polymerizing components low molecular mass compounds, coating cellulosic cotton fibers wool, ingredients cosmetics. Laccase nano particles been elimination micropollutants waste water bioreactors.
