摘要: Background: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is of enriched platelets with high concentration platelet granules and growth factors. The factors have a great potential wound connective tissue healing used to treat cartilage lesions retarding the progression knee osteoarthritis. Objectives: This study was designed evaluate PRP injection results in Patients Methods: case-series 39 patients all them had three injections for involved (every two weeks) they were followed up at weeks, months six post-injection PRP. All included filled WOMAC (western Ontario Mcmaster universities arthritis index) standardized translated our national language culture. We analyzed collected scores before initiation injections, second week, month sixth after into knees. Results: Thirty-nine mean age 55.24 ± 9.27 years (ranged 40 83) evaluated this study. Six (15.4%) male 33 (84.6%) female. There significant differences score compared injection. Conclusions: clinical improvement short-term follow-up early stages
