摘要: Inherited Factor V deficiency is a rare bleeding disorder. We describe the genetic analysis and anesthetic management of parturient with severe who presented in spontaneous labor. Good hemostatic conditions were obtained prophylactic fresh frozen plasma administration 10 mL/kg. Detailed by next-generation sequencing identified several relevant mutations coding part (F5) gene our patient, her parents, newborn.
