摘要: In 30 male Wistar spinal (C1) rats, anaesthetized with urethane and artificially ventilated, experiments were done to study the effect on heart rate (HR) arterial pressure (AP) of microinjection inhibitory amino acid glycine (Gly) into nucleus ambiguus (NA). L-Glutamate (Glu; 1.5 nmol) was microinjected region right NA search for sites from which decreases in AP HR could be elicited. The found 73.1 +/- 7.0 bpm (n = 30). No changes observed. Microinjection Gly (1 M; 2-20 nmol nl; n 12) elicited a dose dependent increase no AP. 1-2 min before Glu 7 reduced significantly (P less than 0.05) decrease by 87.0 27.3 17.7 7.2 bpm. Increases another 12 rats not affected prior antagonist strychnine hydrochloride (30-90 pmol 10-30 nl one group animals, 6; 2.5 50 group, 6). addition, determine whether effects caused actions N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors, kynurenic (KYN; 4.5 nl) 6 Gly. KYN failed block response instead potentiated Gly.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
