摘要: Simultaneous hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of mercapto andhydroxyl group containing benzenes was studied using a commercial presulfided CoMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst under hydrotreating conditions (150–280°C, 7 MPa). Mercaptobenzene, phenol 4-mercaptophenol were used as model compounds, CS2 precursor for H2S. The HDS rate in the presence hydroxyl substituent para position higher than that molecule only group. When present phenol, about 30% lower mercaptobenzene without an oxygen-containing additive. The decrease independent initial molar ratio sulfur oxygen within ratios studies (5:1-1:1). HDO suppressed by either same or separate molecule. reactions did not start until conversion almost complete. also decreased phenol. additive more hydrogenolysis-hydrogenation route to cyclohexane.
