摘要: The endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi network (ERGN) is vital to most cellular biosynthetic processes. Many positive strand RNA viruses depend upon the ERGN for replication, maturation, egress. Viruses induce changes in ER architecture stimulate fatty acid synthesis create environments that can scaffold replication complexes, plant virus movement or virion maturation. Potato X (PVX) Turnip mosaic (TuMV) each encode small membrane binding proteins embed activate unfolded protein response (UPR). UPR ensures homeostasis face of environmental assaults could negatively impact functions ERGN. This article explores relationship between stress, UPR, occurring during infection.
