摘要: Marine fungi are potential producers of bioactive compounds that may have pharmacological and medicinal applications. Fungi were cultured from marine brown algae identified using multiple target genes to confirm phylogenetic placement. These included the internal transcribed spacer (ITS), nuclear large subunit (LSU), β-tubulin region. Various biological activities marine-derived evaluated, including their antifungal, antioxidant cellulolytic enzyme activities. As a result, total 50 was isolated Sargassum sp. Among fungi, Corollospora angusta dominant species in this study. The genus Arthrinium showed relatively strong antifungal activity all plant pathogenic fungi. In particular, saccharicola KUC21221 high radical scavenging highest terms filter paper units (0.39 U/mL), endoglucanase (0.38 β-glucosidase (1.04 U/mL).
