摘要: A three-phase axisymmetric numerical model based on Volume of Fluid–Continuum Surface Force (VOF–CSF) was developed to perform parametric analysis compound droplet production in glass capillary devices that combine co-flow and countercurrent flow focusing. The predicted successfully generation core–shell multi-cored double emulsion droplets dripping jetting (narrowing widening) regime used investigate the effects phase rates, fluid properties, geometry size, morphology, rate droplets. As outer increased, size reduced until a dripping-to-jetting transition occurred. By increasing middle rate, which led widening regime. supressed by orifice collection or interfacial tension at interface up 0.06 N/m. experimental simulation results can be encapsulate CO2 solvents within gas-permeable microcapsules.
