摘要: Abstract The adhesion mechanisms of Ti–6Al–4V alloy to AISI 52100 steel and TiN nitride coating under unlubricated sliding condition were studied using analytical microscopy techniques. was transferred both counterfaces at the early stages contact. layer had an amorphous structure in which nanocrystalline polycrystalline oxides embedded. High resolution TEM (HRTEM) fast Fourier transform (FFT) investigations revealed presence TiO (C2/m) steel/transfer interface; however, α-titanium P6/mmm detected TiN/transfer interface. different friction behaviors attributed this observation. behavior counterface materials related misfit between crystal structures.
