摘要: To machine any material the tribological parameters play an important role in machining. The main are speed, feed, and depth of cut. hard like EN-31 or AISI 52100 steels having hardness between range 41 HRC to 69 on C scale Rockwell hardness. materials this, special purpose tools machinesare required. Most times grinding process perform these kinds materials. But alternatives ceramics, cBN, PcBN also available instead grinding. different giving values roughness after machining, but value can be optimized by using statistical techniques comparing combinations while performing machining operations various software's market. most viable technique for correlation is regression analysis. types models (i.e. linear, quadratic, cubic) analysis correlate parameters. steel 58 varying according L9 Taguchi Design. modeling done through linear analysis, quadratic cubic comparison estimated versus experimental value. result shown conclude that correlations would able predictswith accuracy 99.50% 99.90% last least 6.19% uncertainty present experimentations.
