摘要: The H-atom oxidation of iodide, H + H+ + I−– → H2 + I, was studied in γ radiolysis deaerated acidic iodide solutions at 20° and applied pressures the range 0–6.38 kbar. Without added iodine, slopes dose plots for [H2] total [I2]t≡[I2] + [I3−], begin to decrease appreciably relatively low doses approach limiting values high doses. Such behavior is a consequence reaction H + I3−(or I2) → H+ + I− + I2−(or I), which k2 = 3.0 × 1010M−1·sec−1 measured containing glucose iodine with [I3−] ≥ 0.83 [I2]t. In without results are consistent established model water previously pressure independence primary yields (g): all [H2]=[I2]t; from initial both 1 atm 6.38 kbar, G(I2)t = 4.1 = g(H2) + g(H); high-dose slope atm, G(I2)t = 0.45 ≃ g(H2).
