摘要: This study reports on the uptake of 99mTc-RP527 by human breast carcinoma and its relationship to gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRP-R) expression as measured immunohistochemistry (IHC). Methods: Nine patients referred because a clinical diagnosis suggestive 5 with tamoxifen-resistant bone-mestastasized underwent scintigraphy. The findings were compared routine staging examinations in all histology IHC GRP-R staining first 9 patients. All suspected lesions tumor positive. Results: was evident primary 8 involved lymph nodes part distant metastasis limited bone when present. not found any Conclusion: Uptake significantly correlated presence GRP-Rs assessed means IHC.
