摘要: Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) are that lack secondary and/or tertiary structure under physiological conditions. These very abundant in eukaryotic proteomes and play crucial roles all molecular mechanisms underlying the response to environmental challenges. In plants, different IDPs involved stress have been identified characterized. Nevertheless, a comprehensive evaluation of protein disorder plant abiotic or biotic stresses is not available so far. present work transcriptome dataset strawberry (Fragaria X ananassa) fruits interacting with fungal pathogen Colletotrichum acutatum was actualized onto woodland vesca) genome. The obtained cDNA sequences were translated into sequences, which subsequently subjected analysis. results, providing first estimation abundance associated infection, showed proteome activated red fruit during active propagation remarkably depleted disorder. On other hand, resistant white fruit, no significant reduction observed expressed infection. Four representative proteins, FvSMP, FvPRKRIP, FvPCD-4 FvFAM32A-like, predicted as mainly never experimentally characterized before, isolated, absence validated at level using circular dichroism differential scanning fluorimetry. Their quaternary also established light scattering. results discussed considering role defense.
