摘要: Expanded haemodialysis (HDx) has emerged as a promising solution to improve effectiveness. A medium cut-off membrane allows the removal of wider range uraemic toxins. However, little is known about potential interesting applications HDx therapy. Feedback from first routine use therapy under real-life conditions in European facilities was excellent for priming and rinse back. There no adverse event after 5191 treatments. Patients suffering itching, restless legs syndrome, persistent asthenia or malnourishment could benefit Moreover, we discuss here which be valuable (myeloma, rhabdomyolysis cardiovascular diseases). This enthusiastic message mitigated by reminding why how prudence should taken design future studies.
