摘要: Training plays a key role in bridging employer skills needs and raising the productivity of employees individual firms. Many large organisations have long established in-house training programmes means for progressive personal development employees. However, Smaller to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) not mirrored same. SMEs are less likely provide off job because operational demands. There is lack structured approach within SME.
