摘要: Summary The effect of the recycling foreshots and feints during batch distillation marc has been evaluated. The behaviour ethanol congeners was found to be unchanged by recycle. Instead, chemical composition middle-cut fraction obtained with recycle proved richer in (+4%), higher alcohols (+7%), esters (+13%) aldehydes (+10%).
