摘要: Background: Recently the low-dose tailoring method of primary prophylaxis has been introduced for previously untreated patients with hemophilia A. Objective: To evaluate efficacy and safety in severe Materials Methods: In this pre-post interventional study, 33 A who were affiliated to universities capital city southern Iran evaluated during 2014 2015. Modified continuous was used age below 3 years old, after first before second episodes obvious clinical bleeding large joints or soft tissue hematoma amount bleeding. Prophylaxis started by 25 IU/kg once per week increased twice times a according defined events. Results: The median at diagnosis starting were: 4 months (at birth, 22 mo) 12 (1 35 mo), respectively. Mean annual rate 1.08±2.21 year. None had inhibitors therapy. Inhibitor present 5 (15.1%) prophylaxis. Conclusions: It seems that modified successful reducing children texture lower cost it can improve quality life these patients, especially developing countries where financial resources are limited.
