摘要: Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) and ulceration are major health issues in developed countries. CVI is estimated to be present 0.1–0.2% of the population at risk Western countries [1] thought underlying cause 70–90% all leg ulcers [2]. Ulcer healing rates can poor, with only 50% 4 months [3], 20% remaining open 2 years, 8% 5 years [4]. Additionally, annual recurrence rate varies from 6% 15% [5, 6]. From an economic point view, ulcerations responsible for loss million working days treatment costs approximately $3 billion per year United States [7]. The association between obesity varicosis has been confirmed, especially female patients [8], but role more severe stages not well-established. For example, increased intraabdominal pressure implicated as a factor CVI. several factors contributing also associated morbid obesity. Both conditions regarded chronic diseases, both diseases civilization, large over prolonged period time. Therefore, suffering always need combined multimodal therapy achieve positive therapeutic results.
